در آن یک سوال به همراه جزئیاتی که باید در مورد آن صحبت کنید وجود دارد. یک دقیقه
به شما وقت داده میشود تا به جواب فکر کنید و یادداشت بردارید. بعد از آن ممتحن
به شما اعلام میکند که دو دقیقه زمانتان برای پاسخگویی آغاز شده. در این دو
دقیقه ممتحن فقط به شما گوش میدهد و صحبت شما را قطع نمیکند. مسئله بسیار مهم در
مورد این قسمت، ایده داشتن شماست که اگر برای سوال هیچ ایدهای به ذهنتان نرسد نمیتوانید
توانایی زبانیتان را نشان دهید. پس ایدهپردازی و داستانبافی از اهمیت بسیار
بالایی در اسپیکینگ دارد.

چهار سال پیش ما یه فرش داشتیم توی اتاق نشیمن که خیلی دوست داشتیم از شرش خلاص بشیم. پس تصمیم گرفتیم یه فرش نو بخریم، اگر چه اون موقع یه کم دستم خالی بود. به هرحال، من و همسرم رفتیم به یه مرکز خریدی که به خاطر فرشهاش معروف بود. فرش های خیلی زیادی داشتن با همه نوع طرحی، رنگی، کیفیتی، و البته قیمتی. ولی حالا من هر چی بخام بخرم، هر چی، تمام اون چیزی که برام مهمه کیفیت اون کالا هست. ما به دنبال یه فرش با کیفیت بودیم که از دیدن قیمتها شوکه شدیم. باورم نمیشد! بعضی از اونا اونقدر گرون بودن که نمیشد اصلا بهشون فکر کرد. اونایی که ارزون بودن هم که به درد نمی خوردن. یکیشون رو انتخاب کردم. سبز بود. طراحی خوبی هم داشت. من علاقه خاصی به هر چیز سبز دارم. اما همسرم دوسش نداشت متاسفانه. میگفت به مبلمانمون نمیاد! من اینو نمیفهمم چرا خانما باید همیشه یه چیزی رو بخرن که با بقیه چیزا بهم بیاد؟! آخر سر، روی یه فرش به توافق رسیدیم که خیلی زیبا بود. انتخاب رنگ ها، طراحی. تصویر یه شکارچی بود که دنبال یه آهو میدوید. بسیار هنرمندانه. گرون بود ماهم مجبور شدیم قسطی پرداخت کنیم. حتی هنوز هم اونقدر دوسش دارم که با احتیاط روش راه میرم.

Four years ago, we had a carpet in our living room that, well, we liked very much to get rid of. So we decided to buy a new one, although I was a bit out of money at that time. Anyway, me and my wife went to a shopping center which was famous for carpeting. They had carpets with a wide range of designs, colors, qualities, and indeed prices. But you know, when I want to buy something, no matter what, all that matters is the quality of that product. So, we were looking for a high-quality carpet that we got shocked by the prices, actually. I couldn’t believe my eyes! Some of them were so nastily expensive that they didn’t bear thinking about. The less expensive ones were just not good enough. I chose one of them, a green one, nice design. Everything green you know is of special interest to me. But, well, my wife didn’t like it, unfortunately. She said it didn’t go with the furniture. I don’t understand why women should always buy something that matches all the other stuff?! In the end, we settled on a carpet that was really beautiful. The choice of colors together, the design. It had a picture of a hunter chasing a deer, so artistic. It was expensive so we had to pay by installments. And even now I like it so much that I walk on it with great care!

من فوق لیسانس میکروبیولوژی دارم، و بعنوان بخشی از پایان نامم باید یه مطالعه ای رو روی یه گونه خاصی از موش انجام میدادم تا ببینیم چه باکتری یه نوع خاصی بیماری رو باعث میشه. خب این مطالعه به خاطر چند دلیل خیلی برام سخت بود. اول و مهمتر از همه، من وحشت خاصی از موش دارم، وقتی یه موش ببینم زهرم میترکه! هر کاری باشه انجام میدم تا از موش دور باشم. پس اولین کاری که باید برای راهاندازی پروژم انجام میدادم این بود که به ترسم غلبه میکردم. یه سختی دیگه این بود که ما تجهیزات لازم برای انجام این آزمایشات رو نداشتیم، و خرید اون تجهیزات خییییلی هزینه داشت برام. دلیل آخر این بود که اون گونه از موش خیلی کمیاب بود. ما باید میرفتیم یه روستای دورافتاده تا یکی پیدا کنیم. به هرحال، هیچ چیز نمیتونست منو از انجام این مطالعه باز داره، چون اون زمان این مطالعه مهمتر از هر چیز دیگهای بود تو زندگیم. یه آزمایشگاه کرایه کردیم با تمام تجهیزات لازم. برای یک ماه تمام، سخت کار میکردم، تا دیروقت بیدار میموندم آزمایش انجام میدادم توی آزمایشگاه. نهایتا موفق شدم. خب یه جورایی به خودم افتخار میکردم چون تونستم دو تا مقاله از روی اون پروژه چاپ کنم. انجام دادن این پروژه اهمیت بیشتری پیدا میکنه اگه بدونید که استاد راهنمام اون زمان رفته بود فرصت مطالعاتی و من تمام کارهای پروژهام رو به تنهایی انجام دادم.

I received my master’s degree in microbiology, and as part of my thesis, I had to carry out a study on some special species of mouse to find out what bacteria caused a certain type of disease. Well, this project was very difficult for me due to a number of reasons. First and foremost, I’m absolutely terrified of mice, when I see one, it scares the life out of me. I would do anything to stay away from them. So I had to overcome this fear first to get the project going. Another reason behind the difficulty of this project was that we didn’t have the necessary equipment to do the experiments, and buying the equipment would cost me a fortune. And the last reason was that the species of mouse we needed was quite rare. We had to travel to a remote village to find one. Anyway, nothing could stop me from doing this study, because at that time, it was much more important than anything else. We rented a laboratory with all the necessary facilities. I had to work long hours, staying up late, doing experiments in the lab for a full month. Eventually, I made it. I was kind of proud of myself because I could publish two articles out of this project. And accomplishing this project gets all the more remarkable when you learn that my professor was away on a sabbatical leave, and I got the experiments done all by myself.

یه چند ماه پیش، یه چندتا از دوستامو برای شام دعوت کرده بودم، و بد جور به قابلمه بزرگ احتیاج داشتم تا برای هشت جوان گرسنه شام درست کنم. خب یه وبسایتی هست، بده-بستان دات کام، که ملت میتونن تقریبا هرچیزی بخرن یا بفروشن، واقعا هرچیزی رو. یه کم جستجو کردم برای یه قابلمه ولی متاسفانه هیچی پیدا نکردم. داشتم ناامید میشدم ولی در لحظه آخر یه قابلمه خوب با یه قیمت عالی به چشمم خورد. با اینکه دست دوم بود ولی هنوز خوب بود. خیلی خوشحال بودم. و شامی که باهاش درست کردم اونقدر خوشمزه شده بود که دوستام دستورش رو ازم میخواستند، که البته، دستور پخت اون غذا یه رازه. خیلی ویژگیها وجود داره که این وبسایت رو تبدیل به وبسایت مورد علاقم میکنه. برای انجام هر کاری در این وبسایت، ثبت نام الزامیه. پس شما خیلی راحت میتونین از هویت شخصی که باهاش دارین معامله میکنین رو مطمئن باشین. اون چیزی که من خیلی خوشم اومد از این وبسایت اینه که هر عضو یه نمره اعتماد داره که نشون میده چقدر اون شخص قابل اطمینانه. اگه قوانین رو زیرپا بگذاری و یا نمره اعتمادت زیر ۱۰ شد، دیگه شما اجازه نداری توی این وبسایت معامله ای بکنی. وقتی میخام یه چیزی بخریم، این وبسایت گزینه اولمه.

A couple of months ago, I had a few friends of mine over for dinner, and I was in dire need of a big pot to cook something with for eight hungry young men. Actually, there is a website, give and take.com, where people can buy and sell almost everything, and I mean everything. I did a bit of research for a pot but unfortunately I couldn’t find anything. I was getting disappointed, but at the last moment, I spotted a nice pot at a terrific price. Although second-hand, it was in pretty good condition. I was very happy with that. And the dinner I made by this pot turned out to be so delicious that my friends asked me for the recipe, but, well, that’s a secret, you know. There are lots of features that make this website my favorite. For doing anything in this website, registration is required. So you can easily make sure about the identity of the person you are making a deal with. What I like most about this website is that every user has a “trust score” that shows how reliable that person is. If you break the rules or your trust score gets below 10, you are no longer allowed to make deal in this website. When I want to buy something, this website is my first option.

یکی از دوستام بعد از سالها شاگردی در صنعت مبلمان، حدود چهار سال پیش کاسبی خودشو راه انداخت. این شغلش رو خیلی زود شروع کرد. یه بار بهم گفت توی ۱۱ سالگی از هر چیزی استفاده میکرده و یه چیزی میساخته، و این چیزی بوده که واقعا ازش لذت میبرده. از همون اول میدونسته نقاط ضعف و قوتش چیه. خب میتونیم بگیم که کلا یه گرایش مکانیکی داشته. عاشق این شغل بود و همیشه میخواست کارهای خفن انجام بده. و حالا میدونی دیگه وقتی برای کسی کار بکنی نمیتونی توان خودت رو نشون بدی. بخاطر همین تصمیم گرفت برای خودش کار کنه. کارش رو از صفر شروع کرد و توی خونه پدرش مبلمان میساخت. خیلی سخت کار کرد و الان خیلی موفقه. ۸ تا کارگر استخدام کرده و داره کارش رو گسترش میده. به نظر من اون یه آدم بلندپرواز و سختکوشیه. من هیچ وقت این شانسو نداشتم که بتونم کارو کاسبی خودمو داشته باشم. نمیدونم شاید باید یه آدم ریسک پذیری باشی. من اصلا نیستم. دوستم حتی ازم خواست شریکش بشم، ولی راستشو بخای خیلی علاقهای به کار مکانیکی ندارم. پیشنهادش رو رد کردم. یه تصمیم عجولانه، شاید. اما من ترجیح میدم دانشگاه درس بخونم و یه محقق بشم.

A friend of mine set up his own business about four years ago after being an apprentice for years in the furniture industry. He got a really early start on this job. He told me once, he would make things up from almost anything at the age of ۱۱, and it was something he really enjoyed. He knew about his strengths and weaknesses from the very beginning. Well, we can sure say he has been so mechanically inclined. He loved this job and always wanted to do new and crazy things. And you know when you work for someone else, you can’t show your true potential. That’s why he decided to work on his own. He started off his business from scratch, making furniture in his parents’ house. He worked really hard and now he is very successful. He has employed 8 workers and now he is busy expanding his business. I think of him well as a really ambitious and hardworking person. I myself have never had the chance to start my own business. I don’t know, maybe you should be a risk-taker. I’m definitely not. My friend even asked me to become his business partner, but, to tell you the truth, I’m not that big enough on mechanical stuff, you know. So I turned down his offer. A snap decision, maybe. But you know, I prefer to study at university and become a researcher.

قبلنا توی یه شرکت مهندسی الکترونیک کار میکردم به مدت هفت سال و عضو هیئت مدیره بودم. اون زمان، شرایط شرکت خوب نبود و ما جلساتی داشتیم تا به بررسی دلایل بپردازیم. در یک جلسه، بعضی از اعضا نظرشون این بود که مدیریت منابع انسانی که من مدیرش بودم مقصره. میگفتن که مدیریت این بخش کاملا ناکارآمد بوده و بعضی از کارکنان میبایست اخراج بشن چون انتخابشون خیلی درست نبوده. ولی از اونجایی که خیلی خوب بلدم بحثهای متقاعد کنندهای ارائه بدم، و قطعا خیلی خوب بلدم حرف بزنم. تونستم متقاعدشون کنم که تقصیر من نبوده. یه سری اقدامات جدی انجام داده بودم برای آموزش حرفهای کارکنان، و اگر چه با مشکلات بدی مواجه شدیم ولی موفق شدیم به وظایفمون به بهترین شکل ممکن عمل کنیم. اون جلسه یا بحث به این دلیل خیلی جالب بود که در ابتدای اون، بسیاری از شرکتکنندهگان بر این عقیده بودند که مدیریت من یه مشکلی داشت، ولی حرفهای من کاملا نظرشون رو عوض کرد. جالب بود که آخر جلسه، همه از من تشکر کردند که تلاش کردم شرکت رو به جلو حرکت بدم.

I used to work in an electrical engineering company for seven years and I was a member of the board of directors. At that time, the company was not doing well, and we had discussions to look into the reasons. In one meeting, some of the members believed that the human resource management, where I was the manager, was to blame. They said that the management in this department was all but inefficient, and that some of the employees had to get fired because their selection hadn’t been good enough. But, since I am very good at making persuasive arguments, and I definitely have a way with words, I could convince them that it wasn’t actually my fault. I had taken some serious steps toward professional training of the staff, and although we faced great difficulties, we managed to fulfill our duties in the best possible way. This discussion was particularly interesting since at the beginning of the meeting, most participants were of the opinion that there was something wrong with my management, but my words could dramatically change their idea. That’s funny, but at the end of the meeting, they were thankful for my efforts for moving the company forward.

بعد از فارغ التحصیلیم، نزدیک شش ماه به دنبال کار بودم. بیکار بودن برای یه همچین مدت طولانی یعنی بدبختی. برای یه شغل اقدام کرده بودم توی یه شرکت بزرگ که مربوط به رشتهام بود. همیشه رویای اینو داشتم تا در یک شرکت مهم کار کنم. وقتی برای مصاحبه رفتم فهمیدم که یک رقابت سختی رو با یه تعداد زیادی از داوطلبین دارم. مصاحبه انجام شد و منم نهایت تلاشمو کردم. منتظر جوابشون بودم. به نظر من هیچ چیز جانکاهتر از این نیست که منتظر رسیدن یه چیز مهم باشی چیزی که زندگیت رو بخاد عوض کنه. دیوونت میکنه! حدود پنج ماه منتظر بودم. نمیدونم چرا اینقدر زیاد طول کشید تا پرونده منو بررسی کنن. شاید به خاطر این بود که درخواستکننده زیاد بوده. من که دیگه ناامید شده بودم و میخاستم که دیگه قیدشو بزنم. در طول این پنج ماه که منتظر جوابشون بودم، استرس اینکه قبول میشم یا رد میشم بیچارهام کرده بود. و کم کم دیگه داشت یادم میرفت که یه زمانی با یه شرکتی مصاحبه داشتم. یه روز صبح که میخاستم یه ایمیلی برای یکی از دوستام بفرستم، دیدم یه پیام از اون شرکت اومده. بهم گفتن که ابتدای ماه آینده باید خودمو به مدیر کل معرفی کنم تا کارمو شروع کنم. منو میگی باورم نمیشد. پهن شدم کف زمین! خیلی خوشحال شدم که داشتم به یه هدف بزرگی میرسیدم.

After my graduation, I was looking for a job for close to six months. You know, being out of work for such a long time makes your life miserable. I had applied for a job which was related to my major at a large corporation. I always dreamed about working for some major company. When I went for the interview, I realized that I was going to have a stiff competition ahead with a large number of other candidates. The interview was done, and I did my best, waiting for their reply. I think nothing is more excruciating than waiting for something important, life-changing, to come you know. It drives you nuts! I waited for nearly 5 months. I really don’t know why it took them so long to consider my case. It was probably because there were lots of candidates. Actually, I got so disappointed that I decided to stop waiting for them. During this five months of waiting for their reply, the stress of being accepted or rejected made me kind of hopeless. And little by little, I totally forgot that one day I had an interview with some company. One morning, when I wanted to send a file to a friend of mine, I saw the email sent by the company. They told me that I had to go to the CEO at the beginning of the next month to start my job. I was like: What??? I was floored! I was very excited, reaching a big goal.

بعد از دبیرستان، میخاستم رشته دانشگاهیم رو انتخاب کنم. در علوم انسانی به روانشناسی علاقه خاصی داشتم. ولی احساس میکردم باید با واقعیات یک روانشناس بودن آشنا بشم. شانس آوردم که عموم روانشناس بود، و منم ازش کمک خواستم. خب حالا یه جورایی مسیر زندگیم رو تونست عوض کنه. حالا میگم جه جوری. خوشبختانه عموم به من اجازه داد که کنار دستش بشینم و من رو به مریضاش به عنوان دستیارش معرفی کرد. برای من اون چهار ساعت توی مطبش واقعا آگاهکننده بود. هیچ وقت قبلا بهش فکر نکرده بودم که مجبور باشی به عنوان یک روانشناس با چنین سختیهایی روبرو بشی. علاوه بر دانشی که باید داشته باشی، شما باید به مریضات اهمیت بدی زندگی اونا برات مهم باشه. و در عین حال، باید بتونی که تحت تاثیر این زندگیهای داغونی که هر روز میبینی قرار نگیری. شاید خودت دپرس بشی، چه میدونم زن و شوهرهایی که نمیتونن با هم کنار بیان زندگیشون در آستانه فروپاشیه. کسایی که از بیماریهای روانی شدیدی رنج میبرن، افسردگی، شیزوفرنی، و حالا بقیه. اونجا بود که فهمیدم روانشناسی به درد من نمیخوره. به خلق و خوم نمیخوره. میتونم بگم خوشحالم که رفتم کلینیک عموم تا ببینم روانشناسی چیه واقعا. قبل از اون، یه چیزای کمی در مورد بیماریهای روانی و دیگر جزئیات دلخراش روانشناسی میدونستم.

After high school, I wanted to choose my major. In human sciences, psychology was of special interest to me. But I needed to discover the realities of being a psychologist. I was lucky to have an uncle who was a psychologist, so I asked him for help. Well, he managed to kind of change the direction of my life. I’ll tell you how. Fortunately, my uncle allowed me to sit next to him and introduced me as an assistant to his clients. To me, those four hours in his office was extremely revealing. I had never thought about it that you would have to face these difficulties as a psychologist. In addition to the knowledge that you must have, you also need to care about people, to be concerned about their lives. And at the same time, you must be able not to get affected by the miserable lives you have to deal with every day. You yourself may get depressed. I don’t know, the couples who can’t get along well with each other, their lives on the brink of collapse. People who suffer from extreme cases of mental disorders, depression, schizophrenia and others. It was then that I realized psychology is not my type. It doesn’t go with my mood, you know. I can say I’m glad that I went to my uncle’s clinic to see what psychology is like. Before that, I only had a rough idea about mental issues and the gruesome details of being a psychologist.

یه فیلم مستند بود در مورد بچههای کار. یکی از دوستام پیشنهاد داده بود ببینم. یه هزارتا فیلم مستند داره درباره موضوعات مختلف و همیشه هم در اختیار بقیه میزاره. بچه خوبیه. من و این دوستم یه روز داشتیم توی پیادهرو میرفتیم که دیدیم چند تا بچه دارن شیشه ماشینها رو تمیز میکنن. ما شروع کردیم صحبت کردن در مورد اینکه چرا روز به روز بچههای بیشتری پیدا میشن که مجبورن کار کنن. من گفتم “من نمیفهمم چرا هیچ اقدامی برای این مشکل جدی صورت نمیگیره؟ واقعا هیچ کاری نمیشه کرد تا شرایط رو بهتر کرد؟” وقتی این سوالارو پرسیدم، دوستم این فیلم مستند رو بهم معرفی کرد. بیشتر در مورد این بود که چه دلایلی باعث میشن که بچهها رو مجبور کنن کار کنن. مهمترین این دلایل خب واضحه که پوله. خانوادههایی که درگیر فقر هستند گاهی وقتها کارهای وحشتناکی میکنند که فقط بتونن بقا داشته باشن. یکی از این کارهای وحشتناک مجبور کردن بچههاشونه برای کار کردن و پول درآوردن. من واقعا شوکه شدم وقتی فهمیدم حتی کسایی هستند که وقیحانه از این شرایط سوءاستفاده میکنند و گروههای حرفهای از این بچهها تشکیل میدن تا کار بکنن و پول در بیارن. این یک جنایت شنیعه. ولی قسمت مربوط به راهحلهاش باحال بود. باورتون میشه دولتها به ندرت کار موثری برای این مسئله مهم اجتماعی انجام میدن؟ توی این مستند، یه خانوادهای هست که دارن نهایت تلاششون رو میکنن تا از خانوادههای فقیر حمایت مالی بکنن و بچههاشون رو بفرستن به مدرسه. واقعا آفرین! اینجور آدما رو باید سرتاپاشون رو بوسید. این یه تسکینی بود برای اون حقایق وحشتناک در مورد بچههای کار.

There was a documentary about working children. One of my friends had recommended that. He has tons of documentaries about a wide variety of subjects and always shares them with others. So nice of him. That friend and I once were walking on the sidewalk that we saw several children cleaning car windows. We started talking about why there are more and more children every day who have to work. I said I don’t understand why no action is taken for such a serious problem? Really nothing can be done to improve the conditions? When I asked these questions, my friend introduced that documentary. It was mainly about the reasons why some children are made to work. The major one, needless to say, is money. Poverty-stricken families you know sometimes do horrible things to merely survive. One of them is forcing their children to work and make money. I was shocked to learn that there are people who kind of flagrantly take advantage of the situation and form these children into some professional groups to work and make money. That is a heinous crime! But the part about solutions was interesting. Can you believe that the governments barely do anything effective about this very important social issue? In this documentary, there is this family that are doing their best to provide financial support for those poor families and send their kids to school. I was like, Wow! These kinds of people are really worth dying for. That was a light relief from those shocking facts about working children.

یه بار ماشینم یه صدای عجیبی میداد. بردمش چند تا مکانیکی اما هیچکدومشون نفهمیدن مشکل چی بود. یکی از دوستام گفت که یه مکانیکی هست که احتمالا بتونه کمکت کنه. ماشینو بردم اونجا. ماشینو روشن کرد، هیچ کاری نکرد، با دقت به صدا گوش داد و در عرض چند ثانیه گفت: “دینامش باید مشکل داشته باشه. آره به خاطر بلبرینگهای دینامه”. گفت که تا نیم ساعت دیگه آماده میشه. منو میگی گفتم ایول دمت گرم! بعد از نیم ساعت برگشتم مکانیکی تا ماشینو چک کنم. دیگه اون صدای آزاردهنده نمیاومد! خب خیلی علاقهمند شدم ببینم این تخصص استثنایی از کجا میاد. شروع کردم به حرف زدن با مکانیک و ازش در مورد این مهارت پرسیدم. اول اینکه به نظر میرسید تعمیر ماشین یه چیزی بود که ازش لذت میبرد. خیلی علاقه شدید داشت به این کار. بعد گفت که چون باباش هم مکانیک بوده، در واقع مکانیکی رو خیلی زود از بچگی شروع کرده. در سن ۲۲ سالگی، یه دوره فشرده هم در زمینه تعمیر موتور تو آلمان میگذرونه. و از اون زمان به بعد، همیشه سعی کرده دانش خودش رو در مورد تعمیر ماشین به روز نگه داره. همه اینا به علاوه سالها تجربه عملی ازش یک ابرمکانیک ساخته.

Once my car was making a funny sound. I took it to several mechanics but none of them could figure out what the problem was. One of my friends told me that there is a mechanic that might be able to help you. I took my car to him. He started the car, didn’t do anything, listened carefully to the noise, and within seconds, said: “There must be something wrong with the dynamo. Yeah, it’s because of the ball bearings inside the dynamo.” He said it would be ready in half an hour. I was like: Wow! Amazing! After half an hour, I got back to the garage to check my car. That annoying sound was gone! Well, I was very interested to know where this astonishing expertise comes from. So, I started talking with the mechanic and asked him about his skill. First, it seemed that fixing car problems was something he really enjoyed. He was so passionate about it. He said he had gotten an early start on repairing cars, since his father was also a mechanic. At the age of ۲۲, he also passed a crash course in Germany on engine repairing. And since then, he has always tried to keep his knowledge about cars up-to-date. All this plus his years of practical experience have made him a super-mechanic.

یکی از چیزایی که همیشه رویاشو داشتم یه خونه از خودم بوده. بعد از نزدیک به بیست سال مستاجر بودن، من و خانوادم دیگه واقعا از خونه عوض کردن ذله شدیم. توی این شرایط اقتصادی، ما هیچوقت نمیتونیم یه خونه بخریم. خیلی ناامیدکنندس. و برنامههای دولت برای پایین آوردن قیمتها هم که کاملا ناکارآمد هستند. ما همیجوریشم با یه بدبختی دخل و خرج رو یکی میکنیم، دیگه با این قیمتهای سر به فلک کشیده، خریدن خونه برای ما شده یه رویای محال. هزار سال طول میکشه تا پول جمع کنی تا یکی بخری. میدونی، برای یه خانواده یه خونه داشتن از هر چیز دیگهای مهمتره. اول اینکه، قسمت عظیمی از حقوق من هر ماه میره برای کرایه خونه، که این همیشه ما رو در مضیقه مالی قرار میده. دوما، هر خونه جدیدی که میریم دیگه احتیاج به یه سری تعمیرات داره دیگه. دوباره این هزینههای بیشتری رو به ما تحمیل میکنه. نهایتا اینکه دقیقا وقتی که با منطقه یه خونه داریم آشنا میشیم تا یه کم راحتتر باشیم، حالا باید خونه رو عوض کنیم و بریم جایی که برامون جدیده. با داشتن یه خونه از خودمون دیگه مجبور نیستیم اینقدر بدبختی بکشیم.

One of the things that I always dream about is a house of my own. After being a tenant for close to twenty years, me and my family are pretty much fed up with moving every year. Under such economic conditions, we can never afford to buy a house. This is very disappointing. And the government’s plans to lower the prices are all but ineffective. We are already struggling to make ends meet, and with these soaring prices, buying a house has turned into an impossible dream. It takes ages to save money to buy one. You know, for a family, having a house of their own is much more important than anything else. First, a big portion of my salary every month goes for paying the rent, which puts us in a financial squeeze. Second, any new house that we move to, you know, needs some repair to be ready. Again this imposes some additional cost on us. And finally, just as we start to get familiar with the neighborhood and feel comfortable, we have to move out and go to somewhere quite new to us. By having a house of our own, we no longer have to suffer this much.
